Group Event Deposits & Fees

To reserve your private event at Southern Swings:

Parties of 4–5
• A $50 deposit is required and will be applied toward your services.

Parties of 6 or more
• A $100 deposit is required and will be applied toward your services.

Private Party (6 or more guests)
• A $100 event fee
• A $100 deposit applied toward your services
• Includes complimentary champagne bottles for your group.
• You may also bring your own food, drinks, and decorations.

Booking + Cancellation Policy

Give us a call or text to reserve your date and pay your deposit over the phone.

Cancellations:
• Cancel anytime before 72 hours of your appointment with no penalty.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours) will incur a $300 fee.
