Booking FAQ’s
Do I need to use the card on file? No. The card on file is only for no-shows and last-minute cancellations. You will need to use a physical card at checkout after your service!
Is there a warranty on my nails? Yes, there is a two-week warranty on nail chips or peeling with gel polish and dip powder! The warranty covers Acrylics Fullset, Dip Powder, and Apres extensions, so if you have any issues with lifting nails we can fix those up in the two-week period! *Nail breakages after one week on natural nails are subject to an additional charge.*
I’m running late! No worries! We give all our clients 15mins grace period!
Soak Off! We ask that you arrive 15+ mins before your appointment time to begin the soaking process. Depending on what you’re soaking off the time can be longer so please always be sure to include what you have on your nails currently when booking.
