We’re happy to fix any issues with lifting or peeling within this period.

What happens if my natural nail chips or breaks?
Nail breakages that occur outside of the warranty coverage timeline may be subject to an additional charge, depending on the situation.
How long is my manicure guaranteed to last?
- Gel & Dip: Guaranteed for 10 days
- Acrylic Full Set & Apres: Guaranteed for 14 days
(Refills must be done at Southern Swings Nail Bar to maintain warranty coverage.)
What if I’m running late to my appointment?
No worries! We offer all our clients a few minutes grace period, but please keep it within 10 minutes, and contact us if you’re going to be later. Communication is key!
How long will my nails take to soak off?
We recommend arriving 15+ minutes before your appointment time to begin the soaking process. Depending on the current nail soak off, the process may take longer. Please specify your current nail soak off when booking.
What if the service I received didn’t meet my expectations?
If you are dissatisfied with the service, kindly inform us before checking out. If you prefer to avoid in-person confrontation, feel free to email or text us after right away! We don’t want to hurt anyone feeling but you deserve the best result possible!
